Heard the price in Melville Park started to drop again... Too many India ppl stay there, make it a little India at East and low down the entire project.

If you buy to stay, you have to share the swimming pool with Indan PPl.
If you buy for investment, you have to rent out to Indian programmer which can only pay low low, end up your unit full of curry smell.

Value for money condo.

Residents come and go. Some good some bad. All nationalities.
Good property remains.
Excellent for investment as foreigners just need condo near MRT. Rental returns here better than costelier condos in the area which are further from MRT.

Too many indians. You smelly curry everywhere. On weekends, the pool is flooded with them talking at the top of the voices.
