I overheard investment bankers saying that interest rate will remain low until 2015 and so don't take up fixed rate loan package and tied yourself to higher rate than 3mth SIBOR+0.75%! :eek:
Not sure real or not? :confused:

Bankers from UOB & HSBC told me the same, esp. SOR will remain low for at least next 2-3 yrs.
