Any informative study done to show how many new MM units will be ready TOP in 2011 and 2012 respectively?

It will be an interesting test on how they will fare in the rental markets...

Personally, those in CCR should have good demand but how many tenants will be willing to pay the (high) price for small spaces?
Outside CCR, will there even be any such demand when there are numerous 'normal' size units for rental in the market?!

Sorry but I'm really not a fan of MMs, hehe... :scared-2:

But I wish everyone will be Happy and make money $$$ in 2011!!

Quite difficult to gather all the MM units in singapore, coz they are scattered over most of the projects. I think every new project now will allocate a number of units for mickey mice to accommodate their growing population in singapore.

1 bedder at The Parc is asking $4.50 psf. Actual one may be lower around $4.00 psf? It still sounds good and may go up further when Jurong East, NUS & Fusionpolis area are further developed.
