Local developer should incorporate some of these ideas in the MM unit. I am sure will sell better.

actually if you buy a landed that has about 900-1000 sqft of land, you can demolish and cleverly build 3 of these MM houses. You and wife stay in one, kids married stay in one, parents or in - laws stay in one. So all not under one roof but stay near each other.:D

Does anybody know of any clever architect in Singapore that can do this at a reasonable price? US$500K is way way too steep.

I pay 500k USD for a brand new landed house anywhere in singapore.... :)

Don't know if 500k includes land

Should be inclusive of land. Future landed could never be like that in Singapore As we can always up the plot ratio.

Can never build like this. Garment say must set in 7.5m in front, 2m behind. 30sqm land, there's nothing left.....:(

Maybe experiment basis and for show only. We can live in kaylong type if needed but not for japanese. Agree.

Too expensive to be wasted like that. Should build at least 10 storeys.... Thin thin like Vetro.
