I was thinking along the same lines.

Bless888, call the agent and say if closed your property instead you will pay him his agent comm. Very hard to close direct buyer if that is your intention :hell-hath-no-fury: :hell-hath-no-fury: :hell-hath-no-fury:

Looks nice huh ... too bad it's at west coast.. Think it's too near the expressway and shipyards/containers port? and can see jurong flames.

Was at a BBQ of a friend's friend and she booked the West coast park BBQ and it is facing a huge container port and you can hear the Clink, Clunk every freakign second./... and air is damn stale there..

none, cos the purchase not completed yet. Land title still belongs to the seller.

I took this from a facebook account and wonder which condo it is.. looks very nice and homely .. :) So I just wanted to find out which condo that is. Seems so vast and expansive, unlike most new condos(mine incl.) which is packed to the brim.

i thought i saw those floating divider in the pool ..in stellar, to demarcate private pool from the main pool ...

the blocks are quite far apart , around the pool .. but between blocks, left and right, some are pretty close together..

so most owners used frost sticky on their windows ..

it may be near the main road..but i am not sure if it is noisy..
at least going in and out is more convenient, than clementiwoods..which i hear now..have traffic controller to guide traffic, otehrwise owners have difficulty getting in and out of the condo .... also its a distance from the main clementi road ..
